Refund policy

Zone 1 – Luxembourg

Zone 2 – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France,  Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

Zone 3 – Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom,

Zone 4 – Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, United States

Returns: Zone 1 & 2

Because each item is made to order and individually inspected before dispatch, we do not accept returns except in the following cases:

  1. Wrong item received (completely different from what was ordered), or
  2. Damaged item (broken on arrival).

To be eligible for a return in these cases:

  1. Unboxing video required: Please record a clear, continuous video from the moment you break the seal/tape through the full unboxing. Videos that start after opening, show a re-taped box, or are otherwise incomplete, will not be accepted as proof.
  2. The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging. 
  3. Email the video within 7 days of delivery to sales@johri-opaline.com

Approval & Instructions
Return acceptance is at our sole discretion and will be reviewed case-by-case. If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will be refused.

We’re unable to accept returns.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return is received and inspected. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven’t received it, please contact sales@johri-opaline.com
