Zone 3 – Ireland, Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom
- €19 shipping for orders up to €350.
- Free shipping for orders over €350.
Zone 4 – Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, New Zealand, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, UAE, United States
- €35 shipping for orders up to €500.
- Free shipping for orders over €500.

Handling & Delivery Times
- Order handling: we ship within 7 business days of order confirmation.
- Estimated delivery after dispatch:
- Zone 1: + 2–5 business days
- Zone 2: + 4–10 business days
- Zone 3: + 6–12 business days
- Zone 4: + 12–24 business days
Times are estimates and can vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs.
Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.

Duties, Taxes & Customs (Non-EU)
- Orders delivered outside the EU may incur customs duties, import taxes, or fees. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Address Issues & Delivery Attempts
- Please ensure your address is complete and accurate. Undeliverable parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
- If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned, we can re-ship once fees (if any) are settled.
